Order form

Henninger GmbH & Co. KG has been manufacturing spindle blocks in many different and customerspecific configurations for almost fifty years. The customer describes what they need and the peripheral conditions so that Henninger GmbH & Co. KG has the information required to calculate and design the respective spindle. The spindle block can be designed to the last detail and then manufactured upon customer approval of the concept drawings.

Type 890 Spindle blocks without drive

These blocks are designed for external drives which the customer must add.

 Type 940 Motor spindle blocks

This block is designed with the rotor of a high-frequency motor mounted between the bearings directly on the spindle.
The stator in the housing is water-cooled, to prevent any thermal-induced inaccuracies.

 Type 950 Motor spindle blocks

This spindle block is designed with a motor coupled to the spindle.

 Tool mounting and housing variations

 Other variations:

Tool clamping I) Manual
J) Automatic clamping
K) SK with front-end clamping nut
L) SK with draw bar

U) Oil-air lubrication
V) Oil-mist lubrication (together with internal blocking air)
Bearings W) Standard precision spindle bearings
X) Hybrid (ceramic) ball bearings for high rotational speeds
Y) Roller and needle bearings for special applications

In order to design and quote a spindle we require further information:

  1. Application area
  2. Dimensions
  3. Rotational speed minimum, maximum, duration
  4. Torque with respect to the rotational speed
  5. Radial, axial and combined loading
  6. Coolant conveyance amount, pressure
  7. Housing surface finish treatment
  8. Electric cabinet, rotational speed control - for motor spindles
  9. Special devieces, e.g. vibration sensors
  10. Number of units and delivery date
