2006
Henninger KG celebrates its 50th birthday.
1999
Helmut Henninger sells the Henninger KG. Jakob Kerres takes over the company and it now trades under the name Henninger GmbH & Co.KG. The business location, employees and product spectrum remain unchanged.
1982
A new company building is built in Conweiler, Humboldtstraße 20.
1970
The company buildings are expanded to include more offices and recreational facilities.
1965
The headquarters are moved to Conweiler and Henninger KG becomes independently run.
1962
Helmut Henninger, the founder`s son, joins the company and takes over the management responsibilities.
1956
Arthur Henninger starts up the Henninger KG company as a branch of the AHK company based in Karlsruhe.
1960
A new production hall is built in Straubenhardt-Conweiler, Forlenweg 12.

Launching the high performance spindle speeders with 20 kW at 12,000 rpm and line 834 with rigidity comparable with High-Frequency-Spindles, on the market.

For the first time a two-sided horizontal CNC-controlled Centre-Grinding-Machine ZS 2000 is presented on the international fair.

Manufacturing and distribution of Milling Heads line 862, 864, 866 for internal machining.

The first horizontal Centre-Grinding-Unit ZS 251 mounted on a lathe is equipped with a High-Frequency-Spindle.

Development of the Henninger CNC-controlled vertical Centre-Grinding-Machine.

Product line type 940 frequency-controlled dressing spindles are manufactured to even higher precision.

Product line Type 950 dressing spindles and the, now well-known, product line Type 882 adjustable vertical milling heads are launched.

The first high-frequency motor spindles are delivered (type 960 – 965).

Air-Speeder turbines of up to 80.000 rpm are ready for production.

Headway is made in the research and development of coolant conveyance systems and vertical milling heads (type 880).

Design and manufacturing of live centres and end drivers.

The first Henninger centre grinding machines are sold.

Expansion of the high-speed milling spindle line to include more and different rotational speeds and powers (type 822 – 826).

Research and development of the high-speed milling spindle with mechanical transmission in various sizes (type 813 – 816).

Manufacturing of the world-wide first ever completely ball bearing equipped manual and angle joints for dentists and surgeons.
